These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Aura Landmark("Aura Landmark", "we", "us", "our"), with its registered office at Ground Floor, Plot No. 1, Aura Landmark, Industrial Area, Kasauli, Solan, Himachal Pradesh - 173209, India.

By accessing or using https://www.auralandmark.in (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Indian laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational and marketing purposes related to real estate investment opportunities offered or facilitated by Aura Landmark. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy any security, plot, unit, or other investment.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Investment opportunities are open only to investors who meet the applicable eligibility, KYC, FEMA, and (where relevant) SEBI accredited investor criteria.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software, and the "Aura Landmark" trade name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Aura Landmark and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

4. No Investment Advice

Information on the Site, including projected returns, market commentary, and property descriptions, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. You should consult independent qualified advisors before making any investment decision.

5. Regulatory Disclosures

All projects developed by Aura Landmark in Himachal Pradesh are or will be registered with the Himachal Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HPRERA) as required under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 prior to marketing or sale. Where fund products are offered, they will be structured and disclosed in accordance with SEBI regulations and FEMA rules applicable to Non-Resident Indians.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Aura Landmark. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective upon publication on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
